MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Except for items listed in the IN STOCK section, all products in our store are made to order and created specifically for each customer once a purchase has been placed.

These pieces are not pre-manufactured or held in stock. Production begins after the order has been confirmed and may include options selected by the customer, such as ring size, gemstone combination, or other available variations.

The estimated production time for each product is displayed in its product description.

Due to the nature of these products, which are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed, they are excluded from the legal 14-day cancellation period in accordance with applicable regulations.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Before production begins, we may be able to review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Once the manufacturing process has started, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order or request a refund.

Limited Edition Apparel

Our limited edition apparel is produced specifically for each launch and manufactured according to the orders received, including specific combinations of size, color and style.

For this reason, these items are not part of a permanent stock and are excluded from the legal 14-day cancellation period in accordance with applicable regulations.

However, if you need help with your order or have made a mistake when selecting your size, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and do our best to find a solution whenever possible.

IN STOCK PRODUCTS

Products listed in the IN STOCK section are already manufactured and ready to ship.

These products are covered by a 14-day cancellation period from the date of delivery.

To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@martafontanals.info before the end of the 14-day period.

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused.
• Be in perfect condition.
• Be returned with its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

The above does not affect your legal rights regarding defective products, items damaged during shipping, or any issue covered by the applicable legal warranty.
