Guarantee

All our jewellery comes with 1 year guarantee from the date of delivery. However, if the jewellery is damaged due to causes unrelated to the company such as: chain breakage due to pulling, scratches, abrasive product contact, deformations, among others, it will not be covered under the guarantee period. Although you will be pleased to know almost anything can be solved! In our workshop we also offer a repair service for all of our jewellery that are no longer covered by the guarantee period.

Garantía

Todas nuestras joyas tienen una garantía de 1 año desde la entrega de las mismas. No obstante, si las joyas son dañadas por causas ajenas a la empresa por ejemplo : roturas de cadena por tirones, arañazos, contacto con productos abrasivos, deformaciones entre otras, no entrarán en este plazo de garantía.

¡Aunque te alegrará saber que casi todo se puede solucionar! ya que en nuestro taller también ofrecemos un servicio de reparación para todas nuestras joyas que ya no estén o no entren en garantía, si necesitas reparar o hacerle un mantenimiento a tu joya escríbenos a hello@martafontanals.info y te prepararemos un presupuesto.
